Wax was a punk rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1991 and active until 1995. The band released two studio albums, several extended plays and singles, and contributed to the soundtracks for "Bio-Dome" and "Mallrats". Several other bands haver used or ar currently using the name "Wax" including a British new wave duo, YouTuber turned rapper Michael Jones, Cincinnati-based indie rock band, and Toledo-based rock band.
