Weather Maps is an indie rock band from Minneapolis, MN led by songwriter/producer Jimmy Stofer. The band was started in early 2010, and has two LP releases to date: Places (2010) and Painted Stripes (2014). Their sound is a mix of raw, rugged sounds paired with experimental, modern electronic elements, all while delivering catching melodies and hooks. Stofer is also known for his work as a bassist, having toured/recorded with such acts as Rose Hill Drive, The Fray, Ryan Bingham, Scars On 45, Cary Brothers, Flobots, and many more.
