Brett Hopkin, a.k.a WHOiSEE, is an Electronic Music Producer out of Austin, TX. Previously known as Madhatter! Brett began WHOiSEE with 10 years of music industry experience already under his belt. Originally from San Antonio, TX, Brett has been doing music his whole life starting with saxophone and guitar. By the time he entered middle school, he already knew he was gonna do music for the rest of his life. He’d take any opportunity to learn anything he could to help create the vision for his life.
