Youth Asylum Concert History

Youth Asylum is a six-member multi-racial male vocal group assembled by producer/songwriter/arranger St. Gian. The group members, all teenagers at the time of Youth Asylum's formation in the late '90s, consisted of Derek, Donnell, Jason, Kevin, Leo, and rapper Flashlight. Signed to Quincy Jones' Qwest label, the group embarked on a national promotional tour sponsored by the Tommy Hilfiger clothing line, preceding the release of their debut single, "Jasmin," and first album, We Are Young Americans, in the fall of 2000.
