Zephyranthes's 2016 Concert History

Zephyranthes is a futuristic indie band that melds psychedelic, progressive, and math rock sensibilities with a sense of accessible minimalism. Founded by guitarist Elijah Melanson (ex-Helicopria), the Raleigh-based trio retains the genres' dense and rhythmic instrumental-ism while weaving stark new textures highlighted by washy vocals. Since forming in 2015, the group's appeal has led to them opening for Consider the Source, Giraffes? Giraffes!, Bent Knee, The Mike Dillon Band, and Guerilla Toss.
