Joseph "Zigaboo" Modeliste is a renowned funk drummer, who started in the late 1960's with New Orleans' legendary funksters the Meters at age 17. In the studio he has played on tunes featuring Lee Dorsey,Keith Richards, Dr. John,Paul McCartney, Nicky Skopelitis, Bootsy Collins and Robert Palmer.
