Evan Dorfman and Brendan Jackson began playing music together in 2002, when they were both in the 8th grade. Now, six years later, they serve as the creative nucleus of The Crisis Team, responsible for the band's musical catalog. Their creative process, differs from the majority of contemporary band's, however, in that they rely on subtlety and a "quality over quantity" approach, where musical balance is key.
