Los Amparito are the best lunches of Guadalajara, are a tradition for Guadalajara since 1957. With its well-known slices of leg (carnitas), beef, ham, sugar, cheddar cheese, pork and cheese adobera cheese, avocado and jalapeno. Thus, with toast or sandwich variations, have become an icon of downtown, plus a thorough check of tourists and good food. They have surcusales, although there are vivales taking advantage of local fame and have put up usurping the name and logo which is the picture of its founder "Doña Amparo.
