Emerging with nothing more than a sharp intellect and raw sense of life's woes, windchILL of Harrisburg hip hop heros, Artists Over Industry, is blazing a trail on the local music scene. 2007 marks the beginning of a new path with windchILL's official solo debut, "I Have Arrived", released on indie label STLP.
