Anchors For Reality was started in Nov. 2004 with the lineup of Alex Grubaugh, Randall Erno, and Scott Mariner. The band went on completed its first northeast tour in Nov. of 2005. In the summer of 2006 Honesty E.P. was self produced and released on June 23, 2005. The band then went on to win Petoskeys local Bay Band Jam Competition in August. At this point in time the crew picked up another member, Andrew Klomp. The four-piece then began to write new material and eventually record Searching for Something.
