Only saw one of the “pre festival” days, and Friday of main performances, as I was carted off to hospital with a medical problem.
Hitch-hiked there with my mate Ross (also bought a 3 pound ticket) - 200 miles one way, little money, no tent, 15 years old - memory of a lifetime - got there early and stayed until Monday morning; had to pickup rubbish to get money for the ferry back to the mainland
