"On Thursday, I relayed the story of how Nick Logie, Ashleigh Allard and Adam Ashe drove 22 hours from L.A. to Oklahoma City to knock on Wayne Coyne’s door and give him their HOTT MT album as a birthday present. The stunt turned into a 4 1/2-day stay at Coyne’s compound, during which the young L.A. musicians wrote a song and made a video with the Flaming Lips’ main man.
