Young Turks were formed in Portland, Oregon's rainy winter of 2010 as a side project to several then-active bands. A lineup of acquaintances, turned best friends. 2 years, one 7″ ("Halfhearted", released on Arctic Circle Pit Records in March of 2011), and their debut full length ("Where I Lie", released on Animal Style Records on 8/7/12) under their belts, they continue to push forward into ground that seems oddly familiar.
