Mark attended his first concert at age 12 at Cobo Arena. After witnessing Alice Cooper perform in 1969, he was immediately mesmerized with the theatrics and music of a live concert performance.

These guys were produced by Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones and signed to Capitol. Original lineup: David Brown - bass, Paul Francis - drums, Nick Graham - keyboards, Jimmy Henderson - vocals, Chris Johnson - drums Terry Taylor - guitar, Paul Kendrick - guitar, vocals. Francis was originally in Fuzzy Duck, and Brown, Taylor, and Graham were in The End.
