A bit later at Mtv he witnessed this General Levy doin' this wicked vocal sounds on some chopped beats... A few months later he saw the Asian Dub Foundation doin' their thing... This was the music he was looking for, heavy basses, chopped drums... breakin' those beats... Inner City Life on rotation on the music channels. Alex Reece at a local festival...
