Venue: Wake Arms is wrongly placed in Chelmsford. It is very much a part of Epping.

May 15, 1970 Deep Purple was at the Shire Hall/Con Exchange in Chelmsford. a) I was at the gig and b) this info is confirmed at Deep Purples official website.
