*NSYNC (also stylized as 'N Sync) is one of the most influential boy bands in history. It was formed in Orlando, Florida in 1995 and includes Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, and Lance Bass as members. In 1997, *NSYNC released its debut studio album. The following year, the band released the holiday album "Home for Christmas." It was followed by “No Strings Attached” (2000) and “Celebrity” (2001), both of which reached peaked the top spot on the Billboard 100. *NSYNC went on hiatus in 2002, Timberlake left the group in 2004, and the band formally broke up in 2007. However, the band has reunited on several occasions, including at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2013 and 2023. Two days after appearing at the 2023 MTV VMAs, *NYNC announced they were recording their first new song in over two decades: “Better Place” for the film “Trolls Band Together.” Some of ‘N Sync’s most popular singles include “I Want You Back,” “Bye Bye Bye,” “It’s Gonna Be Me,” “This I Promise You,” and “Gone.”
