Originally from Chobham, England, Peter Brian Gabriel (born February 13, 1950), is a 1950-02-13 year old musician and human rights activist who rose to prominence as a lead singer of Genesis from 1967 to 1975. The last Genesis album on which Gabriel appeared was 1974's "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway." After leaving Genesis, Phil Collins took over as lead singer.
