$uicideboy$ (pronounced "Suicide boys") is a hybrid metal/punk trap-rap duo formed by Ruby da Cherry and $crim (pronounced "Scrim") in New Orleans, Louisiana. Since first forming in 2014, the two have released dozens of EPs and hundreds of songs across platforms like Soundcloud, Spotify, and others with its first studio-length album "I Want to Die in New Orleans" dropping In 2018. It peaked at number nine on the Billboard 200 album chart while charting in over half a dozen other countries. It was followed by "Long Term Effects of Suffering" (2021) and "Sing Me a Lullaby, My Sweet Temptation" (2022). $ucideboy$ is also well-known for its collaborations with other artists, especially Bones, Germ, and Shakewell.
