Songhoy Blues is a desert blues music group based in Timbuktu, Mali. The band was formed in Bamako after being forced to leave their homes during the civil conflict and the imposition of Sharia law. The band released its debut album, Music in Exile in February 2015. Three more albums followed: Résistance (2017), Optimisme (2020) and Héritage (2025). The band features Garba Touré, Aliou Touré, Oumar Touré and Nathanael Dembélé.
