The Kinks is an iconic British rock band, formed in 1963 in North London by brothers Ray and Dave Davies. After the '60s, The Kinks experimented with a variety of new sounds producing diverse tracks like "Celluloid Heroes," "This Time Tomorrow, "Come Dancing," "Living on a Thin Line," "Destroyer," Father Christmas," and "Better Things.” The Kinks broke up in 1996 due to internal tensions, particularly between the Davies brothers.
