Over the next few years, she performed with several groups including The Polyphonic Spree, Sufjan Stevens's touring band, and Glen Branca's orchestra. By 2006, she had begun using the pseudonym "St. Vincent" and commenced work on her debut studio album "Marry Me," which she released the following year.
