Aurora, Colorado hard rock quintet Lola Black is fronted by the frontwoman of the same name, born Lola Montez, who formed the band with her husband Chris "Crispy" Dellinger in 2008. Comprised of members from other local bands, the early incarnation of Lola Black veered toward the punk and hardcore side of the rock spectrum and had a single release, Plastic Dashboard Jesus. After a lineup change, Lola Black returned in 2012 with the punky Dia de Los Borrachos.
