Hit the Jackpot are a lazy-backwater-plonk-rock guitar-pop band from Adelaide, South Australia. Formed In 2003 by Jessica Thomas and Kynan Lawlor, HTJ has subsequently morphed, through necessity and good fortune, into a vaguely-accomplished, shifting five-piece with the inclusion of Seb Calabretto (in 2005), Scott O’Hara (in 2008) and Steph Crase (in 2010). Live instrumental swapsies suggest a m...ulti-talented line-up, but in reality alleviate cramping/boredom and create greater musical diversity, which is the important thing.
