The group formed in 2010 on the singing competition The X Factor, released five albums to peak at number one on the Irish Albums Chart (IAC), and became one of the best-selling boy bands in history before disbanding in 2016. That year, Horan released his debut single as a solo artist, the top 10 hit "This Town." His debut studio album "Flicker" dropped in 2017 and was the first of three to consecutively top the IAC.
