Paolo Nutini (born January 9, 1987, in Paisley, Scotland) is a globally recognized singer-songwriter, celebrated for his soul-stirring voice and poetic lyrics. His debut album "These Streets" was released in 2006 and featured the poignant songs "Last Request" and “New Shoes,” which won for Songwriting at the 2007 ASCAP Awards and appeared in the film "The Jane Austen Book Club." His sophomore album "Sunny Side Up" appeared in 2009, and included the popular tracks "Candy," “Coming Up Easy,” and "Pencil Full of Lead." Nutini's third album, "Caustic Love" (2014), was a critical and commercial triumph, charting in the top 40 in over a dozen countries worldwide. It also included the single "Iron Sky," which was featured in Season 3, Episode 8 of the US detective drama "Elementary." Nutini returned to the spotlight in 2022 with his fourth album, "Last Night in the Bittersweet," his third to consecutively top the UK albums chart. It featured the singles “Through the Day,” “Lose It,” and “Shine a Light.”
