Old Time Rocker's Concert Archive

I’ve been going to concerts since 1970. However, when I retired in 2019, I began working at them in guest services and security positions. Now, I still go to them (a lot more) because I get paid.

Old Time Rocker has seen Bruce Springsteen 1 time.

Bruce Springsteen (born September 23, 1949), nicknamed "The Boss", is one of the 20th century's most influential musicians and a pioneer of the heartland rock genre. Before becoming a household name, Springsteen performed with a number of short-lived bands between 1964 and 1971, including The Castiles, Earth, Child, Steel Mill, The Sundance Blues Band, and The Bruce Springsteen Band, which became "The E Street Band" in 1972. Additionally, he toured with "The Seeger Sessions Band" in 2006 and performed a one-off show with the band in 2015. In 1985, Springsteen released "Born in the U.S.A.", his most commercially and critically successful. The subsequent tour in support of the album remains his longest consecutive tour to date. Over the next several decades, Springsteen has continued releasing new music, topping the charts, and touring extensively across the globe.
