I saw TML in New York in 1987. It was either the Ritz or Irving Plaza. They opened for The Chameleons UK. Violent Femmes was the first band on. Ann odd concert given how different each band's stage persona was. A great show, though. LMT comes on real strong. Their bass player was hanging in the lobby for a while later. Friendly guy, a bit reserved.
