Since 1996 in the road and always mixing ska with other musical forms, mainly with the alternative rock, Dancehall and ragga, the Sapobanjo appears enters the most praised bands of underground in Brazil, as much that in 2004 was considered the best band of ska for the readers of the appraised site of alternative music, the Punknet. Its style, however deloused and sarcastic however politicized, can in Such a way be perceived in the letters as in the musical structure shown in all the works, designs and shows of the band.
