1) Estado De Sitio, a punk rock band was formed in 2000 in Lima, Peru, when three school friends, Joaquin Cuneo, Marcel Caillaux and Sebastian Isla gather to play music, specially covers of bands they liked, such as Green Day, Nofx, among others.
