Equal parts songwriter, storyteller, and sonic brawler, the Chicago-born artist blends the spirit of Springsteen and Neil Young with 90s grunge angst and jazz intricacy. His performances — sometimes solo, always raw — are emotionally charged. One fan called it “a one-man UFC fight, him vs. his guitar… and he doesn’t always win.” Rooted in classic ’60s/’70s songwriting, his music explores the clash between humanity and technology, purpose and pressure.
