Baby Stafford was initially the guitarist with Scottish band GUN. After touring with the Rolling Stones (Mick Jagger personally requested GUN), Baby felt he could never match the heady heights of his idols in the Stones and left GUN. He went on to form his own band called Raindog. However, there was another band of the same name so he changed the name to Baby Stafford and recruited, fellow ex GUN member, Scott Shields on drums and Paul Rodden on Bass.
