Employment were an Australian indie rock/twinklecore band from Melbourne, Victoria. The band's final line-up consisted of vocalist/guitarist Ben Rivers, bassist Matheson Vaughn, drummer Andy Dawson and guitarist Georgia Macdonald; who was added to the band in 2015. Rivers, Russell and Dawson formed the band in 2013. Their debut EP, All You Need is What You Already Have, was released digitally in 2014. It was physically released on cassette in 2015. The band played their final shows in December 2015.
