After a few years of growth & experimenting, Johnnyrook became one of the more prominent bands in the Minneapolis rock scene, playing nearly every venue in town. But, with the release of "Between Love & Loss", produced by Mike Dresch (The Spill Canvas, Nodes Of Ranvier), the band chose to focus on areas beyond their hometown. Weekend warrior trips throughout the midwest gave the band a taste of what they truly wanted, and summer of 2007 saw Johnnyrook hit the road for a steady couple months on a completely self-booked tour.
