KV Express is one of the best ballgroup revelations. The group’s central figure, Sophie Cavez plays the accordion for the groups Urban Trad and Dazibao. These are groups that play concerts and no balls. However, Sophie liked the idea more and more to play balls. To say it in her own words: “C’est super de jouer pour les danseurs, de les voir bouger sur ta musique et de s’amuser !” All the tracks on the KV Express album are written by Sophie.
