Jethroll Tull was my first ever concert for which I paid the princely sum of £1!
52 years later, I still have the ticket stub in my possession!
Jethro Tull as I recall now through the mists of time were entertaining and energetic from the first notes, playing from the soon to be released "Passion play" album which demanded lots of focus and attention from the musicians to play it.

We were also entertained with the film of "the hare who lost his spectacles", which features on the album. Monty Python 's humour from the BBC TV shows were very popular in those days and Jethro Tull used that zany humour to great effect during that time, which probably went right over the heads of concert goers in the U.S and in Asia..
