Anguish Sandwich is 3 people from Northampton. Chris East plays guitar and sings, John Oldham plays bass whilst sitting cross legged on the floor, and Catherine Maskell plays drums and sings. They all barely know how to play. Chris East has been known as Winston Echo for many years, but got a bit bored of that. They have a free EP on Bandcamp now.
