Formed in 1989, the band slowly began to define their sound a gather a regional fanbase after performing at many small venues in Florida. Although the band created enjoyable music and manged to entertain crowds with an unusually theatrical shows, arguments would commonly erupt between bandmembers offstage as they fought over creative control and drug abuse.
