Sebastian Pufpaff (born September 15, 1976 in Troisdorf) is a German actor, TV presenter and comedian. Pufpaff lived in his childhood in Rheinbreitbach. He went to school at Siebengebirgsgymnasium in Bad Honnef. Pufpaff studied German law at Goethe University Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main. He changed his university studies and studied sociology and politicial sciences at University of Bonn and finished his university studies in 2008 with a magister artium.
