Born in Moscow, December the 10th 1989 Dmitri Ilyich Tsigelnitskiy is an experimental musician. His approach to music is fresh and unpredictable, he has been experimenting with emo, post-rock, punk, electronic music. The work started when the songs he wrote for his old band Atrament were "not metal enough". Upon embarking on this journey, quieter came to life. quiter is Dmitri along with: a synthesizer, guitars, bass, drums and Billy (the laptop). Dmitri is curently living and working in Edinburgh, Scotland.
