In 1985, Compton Terrace opened at Legend City in Chandler, Arizona. In 2010, the venue was demolished. This was the second venue named "Compton Terrace" in Arizona. The first Compton Terrace was located in Tempe and operated between 1979 and 1983.

Compton Terrace was originally located on the grounds of Legend City from 1979 until its closing in 1983. In 1985 the venue was started at Firebird Lake.
