Urban Honey (a.k.a. Giovanni Miele) is a London-based musician, producer and dj. Born in Naples (Italy), he embraced jazz at the age of 12, after having accidentally received a Charlie Parker's CD as a Christmas present and getting completely stunned when listening to the beauty, tension and melancholy of his solos. He immersed himself in the study of jazz piano theory and improvisation and, despite his young age, became very active in the local jazz scene playing in a variety of formations at various clubs and jazz festivals.
