John Davidson (b. December 13, 1941) is a singer, actor, and game show host. He began his career as a Sears underwear model in 1959. In 1964, he released his first studio album "The Young Warm Sound of John Davidson". By 1976, Davidson had released a dozen albums. In late 1970s, he turned away from music and focused on hosting, guest hosting "The Tonight Show Staring Johnny Carson" 87 times before getting his own talkshow "The John Davidson Show" in 1980. In 1982, the show was cancelled. Between 1986 and 1989, Davidson hosted "Hollywood Squares, and, in 1991, "The $100,000 Pyramid". In the 2010s, he turned to the stage and appeared in a variety of productions including "The Fantastiks", "Wicked", and "Finding Neverland".
