Adam Lambert Concert History

Adam Mitchel Lambert (born: January 29, 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is a Jewish-American singer-songwriter and performer. He rose to prominence on the eighth season of American Idol in 2009 where he placed second, losing to winner Kris Allen. Known for his dramatic performances and powerhouse vocals, Lambert quickly garnered a dedicated fan-base with hit songs including "Mad World," "Wataya Want From Me," and "For Your Entertainment while his electrifying rendition of "Believe" earned praise from Cher. In 2012, he made history as the first openly gay man to top the U.S. Billboard 200 with his album "Trespassing." Since then, he’s continued evolving his sound and style. In 2016, he collaborated with Iranian-Swedish artist Laleh on the single “Welcome to the Show” while in 2020, he and Nile Rodgers produced the single “Roses” together in 2020. Furthermore, he’s advanced beyond a solo career, acting as the lead singer of “Queen + Adam Lambert,” a collaborative project between himself and the band Queen.
