Bijou Lilly Phillips (born April 1, 1980 in Greenwich, Fairfield County, Connecticut,) is an American actress, fashion model, and singer. Phillips' debut album titled I'd Rather Eat Glass, was released in 1999. She toured with the Lilith Fair music festival in the same year. As of 2007, Phillips is working on a second album and has posted several demos on her MySpace page.
