Poseydon, la banda de Death/Thrash Metal de Flandes Oriental, es quizás una de las bandas más antiguas de Bélgica en términos de años. Digo en años, fundados en 1992 pero disueltos en 1999. La banda se reunió de nuevo en 2006 y unos años más tarde (2011) se publicó su primer EP, Cold World. En 2016 llegó el momento de un álbum debut, Masterpiece y ahora, en 2023, se lanzará su segundo álbum: Through the Gate Of Hatred and Aversion.
