Shannon Wade Won tickets on the radio for this show! Got embarrassed when Liz Phair was singing because the old couple was shocked and we were enjoying her dirty lyrics. Liz Phair / Alanis Morissette Mar 08, 2026
Shannon Wade Oh boy, we took two 12 year olds and a 15 year old to this show and sat in the balcony so they didn’t get trampled in the mosh pit. Chevelle / Finger Eleven Mar 08, 2026
Shannon Wade This show was mad good. My ears rang for days. There was so many people, the moisture condensed on the ceiling and the large mirror behind the bar. At one point, a band member jumped off the stage, into crowd and attacked a guy who was hitting a woman. Insane! Dropkick Murphys Mar 08, 2026
Shannon Wade Just John and Lyle chatting and riffing on the stage. Amazing! John Hiatt & Lyle Lovett Mar 08, 2026

GaryAura Think this Festival had very hot weather, which was ok to start with, but one of the days was a scorcher, & trying to stay cool was a problem. Vendors were selling bottled water at stupid prices. In the end, I believe the medical tent started handing out free water, and then someone organised a hose to water people down. For me, Psychedelic Furs were brilliant and The Cure did a setlist with more of the older tunes, like: A Primary, Boys Don't Cry, A Forest, etc. New to me were "The Waterboys" & "Whole of the Moon" was memorable. On 2nd stage were "Robyn Hitchcock & The Egyptians", who were a fun band to watch with tracks like "Brenda' Iron Sledge" & "I wish I was a Girl so I could wet myself in the Shower". - As I was with friends, I ended up seeing bands that they liked better than me. Such as: John Martyn, Lloyd Cole, & Level 42. Though "Black Uhuru" definite favourite of mine, & they did tracks like: Sinsemilla & Guess Whose Coming to Dinner. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed this Festival. Glastonbury Music Festival Mar 08, 2026

GaryAura I think this was my first Glastonbury - Nice warm weather - and plenty of space - not like the later overcrowded, crammed Glastos - Spent entire festival high on weed - Didn't see all the acts, but most memorable were: Aswad, in orange jumpsuits, on main stage one afternoon playing "Sun Dub" & various other classics. In the evening saw some of Joe Cocker's set. He was entrancing, the way he moves when he sings. I was hypnotised as he sang "I get by with a little help from my friends". Green on Red were also a band I saw, along with flag waving New Model Army and Third World, The Triffids, and a very memorable Billy Bragg - who went down well- But best for me were "Echo & the Bunnyman" - First time I'd seen live, and they did a great set with many of my favourite tunes: The Cutter, A Promise, Killing Moon, Villiers Terrace - Great gig. I did see other bands - One in a side stage was Dr & The Medics, who were very entertaining and successfully put down hecklers in the crowd and won the audience over. Biggest regret was missing Ian Dury; why, I don't know? Glastonbury Festival Mar 08, 2026
