Gonewiththewind This show was crazy fun. With the political field as it was, the band came out place Peace Love an Understanding with just Cornell solo on an otherwise dark stage with an American flag projected. They were burning up rock radio and had a pre-SXSW limited crowd in attendance. Lots of celebrities were in attendance. Very unique show. Audioslave / Burning Brides Feb 23, 2026

Ippy Hi, we from NJ, but visiting in Atlantic City and took bus in from there and had a bit of a walk to stadium. My recollection of the order was ,Hooters, Santana, Clash, Who.. I remember it well I was coherent enough that day ! LOL , some of the other posts are not quite in order. IMO Nice day, except for the violence(somebody thru acid on people, guy beating up another with a belt and buckle, others getting carried out in s stretchers ) not quite the usual violence, JFK pretty scary down there at times at other shows) was a full stadium. Hooters opened Day by Day went over big hit , missed Santana as we walked around stadium getting Miller tall boys ' thru the gate fence $1 a piece kept cool in garbage cans filled with ice. We had our beer break ha Clash good reception, we saw M Jagger with his daughter Jade backstage from our bleacher seats( you can check it) The Who again Jagger jumping up and down backstage. The Who were fantastic really great, more violence, sound was loud but clear. Powerful presentation. During Reign ore' Me, guy was squeezing bota wine sac on folks from above every time Daltry sang the line Reign--Ore me Rain on Me get it. Funny spot. We saw Pete from where we were and remarked how his nose was predominant, along with his great playing, Daltry ran in place during Who are you' Ox was great on his numbers, all these guy Q tips with hair; all feet - hands hair doo. So were we at one time! LOL The guys I went to this show with are all dead from hard partying, I miss them all. Great to see all the other comments. Rock on -gang be well The Who / The Clash / Santana / The Hooters Feb 22, 2026

jasrss Chuck Cannon, known professionally as Marion Cletus Cannon Jr., has left an indelible mark on the country music landscape. His impressive songwriting career includes composing hit singles for renowned artists such as Toby Keith and John Michael Montgomery. Cannon's contributions to the music industry have not gone unnoticed, as he has received accolades from Broadcast Music Incorporated and earned an Academy of Country Music award for Song of the Year. Among his notable compositions is the chart-topping "I Love the Way You Love Me," co-written with Victoria Shaw, which became a Number One hit for John Michael Montgomery in 1993. This song also clinched the Song of the Year award at the Academy of Country Music awards, a prestigious honor bestowed upon songwriters. Cannon's collaboration with Toby Keith produced a string of hits in the late 1990s and early 2000s, including "Me Too," "Dream Walkin'," "We Were in Love," "Getcha Some," "If a Man Answers," "When Love Fades," and the chart-topping "How Do You Like Me Now?!" in 2000. The latter was not only a Number One country song but also claimed the top spot on the Billboard Year-End charts for the year. Both "How Do You Like Me Now?!" and "I Love the Way You Love Me" received Eight-Million-Air awards from Broadcast Music Incorporated for achieving eight million spins on radio. In addition to his songwriting successes, Chuck Cannon has showcased his musical talents as a recording artist. He self-released two albums, "God Shaped Hole" and "Love and Money," in 2006 and 2008, respectively. His song "If I Was Jesus," released in 2007, received a nomination in the Americana Song of the Year category at the 7th Annual Independent Music Awards. Chuck Cannon Feb 22, 2026
