 Cookie Fly up to Brissy with my mate Hally and it was Insane, such a great night. didn't know many of their songs but bought the album immediately after. so fu#kin good and to finish with Roots, well, that was killer. Highlights were Blunt Force Trauma, Waco and of course Roots bloody Roots. The plane flight the next day was interesting, VERY nearly missed my flight, as I didn't even check the return flight time, just made it by the skin of my teeth.  Cookie Took my dad, Laurie and we climbed the steep stairs to the cool studio like room and waited in anticipation for the arrival of the Break. Rob, Martin and Jim from Midnight Oil and Brian from the Violent Femmes. We spotted rock photographer Philip Morris in the crowd and so did Rob as he entered to begin the set. Happy smiles all round. It was such an awesome night, the boys dressed in white, then orange space suitsjust sending us on a sonic journey to surf rock heaven.
