 kskreider @Repomn37. Yes, it was always the Seattle High School Memorial Stadium that happens to sit in the corner of the Seattle Center. Both the venue here and that on the ticket are kind of correct. It's commonly referred to at Memorial Stadium Grateful Dead Aug 28, 2024
 Repomn37 My first show almost didn't make it inside. The fungus started earlier than planned. I vividly remember the PA before the show playing Up From the Skies by Jimi Hendrix and it soothed my bouncing brain until the boys came on. Help>Slip >Frank opener and I was never the same.  ROGER Mcclendon I was to join the navy that day I was next in line to swear in I stepped out of line with my brown bag with a pair of pants socks a shirt and $ 1 I caught the last bus going west from downtown OKC towards the fairgrounds as I got off the bus I coukd see the huge crowd that was gathering thinking how am I ever going to find my friend and his girlfriend as I drew closer the thought of being stuck in the city 80 miles from home and no way to get there unless i get lucky then out of nowhere there they are right in front of me I ruch to there car put my stuff up get back they gave me $20 and said see if you can find a ticket as I turned around a guy was selling a ticket for $15 :to a guy I grabbed it and said heres $20 thanks The guitarist for Europe fell off stage def Leppard was shooting of fireworks behind the stage Def Leppard comes out Joe picks up a pack of sugar and says a few words then says any one want to talk about anything but sugar AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS I SCREAM SEX.
